Burger King's "Unique" Customer Service

I was in Glorietta yesterday and said to myself I want a burger. Being half closed due to renovations the nearest joint was Burger King.

As i was chowing down on the beef i noticed two obvious improvements they did.

1.) Free Wifi - This is enough reason for a lot of customers to flock to any restaurant or coffeeshop because a great majority charge for wireless connection. People are now obsessed with being connected, and BK definitely addressed that evidenced by a number of laptop toting warriors.

2.) Free Massages - Yes you heard it right. I was wondering why there were ladies wearing Thai inspired uniforms hovering around customers until to my surprise saw them actually giving FREE massages to diners. Talk about living it up.

Now i don't know what "extra's" others provide but what's peculiar is that BK is considered fastfood but provides restaurant service, maybe even more than most restos do. Most companies would shun the idea of providing such perks but there is one particular advantage to what they did: People start talking about them and tell others, exactly what I'm doing now.

Do you give more value than what you are paid for? Or do we just complain that we're not paid enough?
